Hello ME/FM Community,
The working group of the Complex Chronic Disease Program (CCDP) Headstart Program would like to receive input from the ME/FM community as they develop the content of the new webinar program for people on the CCDP waitlist.
The ME/FM Society of BC has been asked to share this short survey to the ME/FM community. Input is welcome from everyone living with ME/FM; those who have completed CCDP, are currently participating in CCDP, are on the waitlist or not planning to engage in CCDP.
The introductory paragraph of the survey gives some general information about CCDP and the purpose of the survey. The results of this survey will be collected anonymously. Participation is voluntary and will take approximately 5 minutes. This is your opportunity to share your needs and feedback to help inform future CCDP programing.
