Petition: Changing the definition of ME/CFS

Kumar and Clark's Clinical Medicine is a textbook commonly referenced with respect to ME/CFS. Elsevier, the textbook's international publisher, is being petitioned to update the definition of ME/CFS to reflect current scientific data, including:

1. That ME/CFS is a neurological illness, not a psychiatric illness,

2. That the promotion of Graded Exercise and CBT is withdrawn as a treatment for ME/CFS,

3. Updated references should include NICE Guidelines NG206.
